Introducing our Service Desk…
andersenIT’s Service Desk is the nerve centre serving our clients. Our Service Desk performs several important functions, both proactive and reactive, and is our main technical support customer interface.
It is responsible for the monitoring, maintenance and reporting of all our managed client’s environments. This is critical to ensure maximum service availability of our client’s critical IT infrastructure. In addition, the Service Desk is responsible for the troubleshooting or reactive responding to unmanaged client’s infrastructure or where our monitoring has indicated that a fault has occurred.
The Service Desk is, in essence, the maintainer of andersenIT’s service levels, and performs a critical role in ensuring that our client’s environments are always on and always available.
Staff update: andersenIT has recently welcomed Ian Walker as the new Team Leader of our Service Desk.
